About Shabbat To Share
Five years ago, Rabbi Anati o"bm and Rabbi Taktuk launched a heartfelt initiative with a simple yet powerful mission: to ensure that no one has to spend Shabbos alone, especially those who are elderly, unable to cook, or lack the support of a spouse. Every week, we send 50 fully prepared, delicious, and fresh Shabbos meals to those in need—carefully crafted with love and attention to detail.
Each meal is made in a sterile, state-of-the-art kitchen at Beis Moshiach, ensuring the highest quality and safety. Our goal is to provide not only a meal but also the warmth and joy of Shabbos, fostering a sense of community for those who may feel isolated.
Through this program, we’re able to bring light, love, and nourishment to 50 people every week, helping them feel cared for and connected. It’s been an incredible journey, and we are proud to continue sharing the spirit of Shabbos with those who need it most.

Everything for Shabbos
Each week, we go beyond delivering Shabbos essentials like wine, fish, candles, chicken, and challah. A group of dedicated volunteers visits community members every Friday, checking in with a simple knock to ensure they're ready for Shabbos and offer a caring moment of connection.
These volunteers, who become like family, help package the items Thursday night, keeping everything fresh in large refrigerators. On Friday mornings, they deliver boxes to homes in Boca, Hollywood, Lauderhill, and Coral Springs.
This effort builds lasting bonds, ensuring no one feels isolated and everyone has a sense of community and support each week.

Our Vision
For the elderly, receiving a smile and a thoughtful package can have a powerful impact on their emotional well-being. A personalized package not only provides practical items but also reinforces that they are cared for and remembered.
The cycle of support, such as volunteers picking up medicine or groceries, builds a sense of connection and security. These gestures offer both emotional comfort and practical help, improving their quality of life and reminding them they are not alone.
